He has extensive experience in business development of capital goods and is well networked within wide range of industries in Food & Beverage, Plastics & Packaging, Stone processing, Textile,
Automotive, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas, Metals and Fertilizer industries. He brings entrepreneurial drive & vision to formulate business strategies, drive organization collaboration, build business relationships & harvest untapped business opportunities for achieving growth and profitability.
Vijayvargiya holds an MBA in International Business from ICFAI University and a BE in Mechanical
from University of Rajasthan.
Head – Business Development & Commercials
Prior to Oriano, Lokendra worked at Bosch India as Head – Enterprise Sales – Solar division. He has 13+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development and R&D across Embedded Electronics and Solar EPC industry.
He has expertise across Off-Grid Solutions, Utility-Scale PV Projects, Rooftop Projects, Car Port Projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Before joining Oriano, Lokendra has worked with leading firms like Bosch,
Tecpro Systems and Tata Communications. He holds B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication and PG Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Management from IIT Delhi.
Head – Operations (Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Quality & O&M)
Rahul is having 18+ years of management & operations experience in the EPC Segment of Power sector with companies like GE T&D, Schneider Electric, Crompton Greaves, ABB & EMCO. Rahul is having wide experience of Switchyard (up-to 400 KV), Ground- mounted Utility Scale Solar PV plants, E-BoP & Power distribution projects.
Prior to Oriano, Rahul has been involved in various aspects of EPC business i.e. Business Development, Techno-commercial Operations, Project management, Procurement, Estimation,Costing, Marketing & Sales. Earlier, Rahul worked with GE for their Solar EPC business and was part of the initial core team to start the Solar business for GE in India. GE has executed over 750 MW of AC BoP EPC projects in India. Prior to GE, Rahul worked with Schneider Electric for their EPC business during which Schneider had executed over 500 MW of AC BoP Packages for various Solar developers between 2011 to 2013. Rahul has done post-graduation from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai and Fast Track Business Management from MDI, Gurgaon
